Dr. Matt Scott
“Dr. Matt is a 2017 graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. Prior to Palmer he attended the University of Wisconsin Platteville where he got his bachelor of biology with an emphasis in bio-health. While in undergrad, Dr. Matt was on the wrestling team and this is when he discovered chiropractic. During his junior year he began to notice his back was always sore. He went to the local chiropractor to get it checked out and after just a few treatments he began to feel much better. He began to realize that he had a passion to help people in the same way.
While at Palmer he met an amazing woman who introduced him to a whole new aspect of healthcare that he had never known about. Dr. Matt began reading and researching as much as possible to learn about clean living and nutrition. He developed a passion for learning and along with his passion for helping people he strives to provide the best care possible.”
Dr. Chloe Carlson
Dr. Chloe Carlson graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 2018. Prior to attending Palmer, she attended the University of Minnesota – Duluth for her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. However her health and healing journey began long before this at the age of 13 after her second emergency intestinal surgery left her chronically ill and barely thriving. Her hometown chiropractor chose to get to the root causes of Dr. Chloe’s problem by digging deeper for answers – this involved a food allergy test that changed Dr. Chloe’s life for the better. After eliminating the 93 foods that were causing systemic inflammation, continuing with regular adjustments and improving her gut health, she was on her way to better health. It was then that Dr. Chloe decided that she would become a chiropractor, because she loved the way that her chiropractor looked at the body as a whole, and was dedicated to finding the root causes of her problems.
This chiropractic story may sound very unique, as it is not directly about a chiropractic adjustment, however Dr. Chloe is equally as passionate about providing adjustments to patients because we cannot fully obtain health without a healthy spine and nervous system.
Whether it is adjusting patients, or working with them on nutritional/lifestyle changes, Dr. Chloe is dedicated to doing as much as she can to get the body functioning on all levels.
